"I could not have had a better experience with Volvo Cars of Exeter. I originally met with Gael months before purchasing a new car. He educated me on the different years and models and was patient the whole way through. Fast forward a few months and he still greeted me with open arms, never pushing me one way or another. After finding the right car, I met with Adam and Oliver to make things official. The two of them were extremely helpful and pleasant to work with as well. "I'm a truck guy and never wanted a Volvo but that changed after meeting the team in Exeter. Now a family man, I needed a third row and wanted a hybrid so we contacted the Exeter dealership, met the salesperson Mark L, told him our budget and what we wanted. My first observations is he never tried upselling us something we didn't want. He researched cars, sent us lists, but couldn't find the perfect match so I said no thanks. I was sure ordering one was out of our price range, but took a look. Then we met Adam E, who went through every feature we wanted (even suggested some less expensive options) and again, never tried selling us something we didn't want. He even guaranteed a price on a 2023 model which surprisingly fit our budget. I learned it's his family's business, and you could tell he cared like an owner. The team there were diligent, consultative, and easygoing. The car doesn't arrive until August but the experience alone made me glad we bought a Volvo, especially from Exeter. I'll have to update this review with pictures when it arrives!"
