Job Requirements
- Conduct a proper walk-around with customers to demonstrate vehicle features
- Ability to negotiate with customer and ask for the sale
- Follow up with existing customers to confirm their satisfaction and generate new leads
- Maintain High CSI Scores and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction
Qualifacations
- Ability to communicate effectively in person, on the phone, and via email
- Self-motivated, goal oriented, and enthusiastic presence in a team environment
- A proactive self-starter who is motivated to succeed
- Computer Proficient
- Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record
