Job Requirements

  • Conduct a proper walk-around with customers to demonstrate vehicle features
  • Ability to negotiate with customer and ask for the sale
  • Follow up with existing customers to confirm their satisfaction and generate new leads
  • Maintain High CSI Scores and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction

Qualifacations
  • Ability to communicate effectively in person, on the phone, and via email
  • Self-motivated, goal oriented, and enthusiastic presence in a team environment
  • A proactive self-starter who is motivated to succeed
  • Computer Proficient
  • Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record

Business Development Manager

Volvo Cars of Exeter has experienced tremendous growth and we are looking for an experienced Business Development Professional to manage our internet and telephone business.

We are a family owned dealership serving the NH Seacoast, Southern NH, Northern Massachusetts, and Southern Maine areas.  Volvo is now ranked one of the top luxury vehicles in the US, and we are looking to increase our team to keep pace with Volvo's growth as a leading innovative brand!

This is a full-time position that requires some nights, and weekend hours with a strong compensation plan that will reward you for your hard work.

 

Job Responsibilities

  •          Responding to incoming internet leads promptly to identify a customer's automotive needs
  •          Manage customer inquiries by phone, email, and text - including inbound and outbound
  •          Ability to build rapport and communicate effectively via telephone and email in a friendly yet professional manner
  •          Set sales appointments for customers to visit the dealership
  •          Follow-up with customers after showroom visits
  •          Assist management in the implementation of customer campaigns and marketing projects

Qualifications

  •          Excellent organizational, written, and oral skills
  •          A proactive self-starter who is motivated to succeed
  •          Self-motivated, goal oriented, and enthusiastic presence in team environment
  •          Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday
  •          Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  •          Must be comfortable with computers and smart devices
  •          1+ Years of Call Center experience a plus
  •          1+ Years of Dealership experience preferred
  •          VinSolutions experience preferred
  •          Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record
